As part of its New Communities Project, the Sue Duncan Children’s Center has opened an additional campus for the first time in its 52 year history.  The new Center campus is located in the Woodlawn community and housed at John Fiske Elementary School, located at 6020 S. Langley Avenue in Chicago.

Now under the leadership of Sue’s son, Owen Duncan, the Center is deepening its impact by opening additional campuses in other neighborhoods that will benefit from its time-proven programming and grassroots educational approach.  A third campus is being planned for the Englewood community, scheduled to open during the 2014-2015 school year.

Each new campus will duplicate the original site that has effectively served the Oakland community for over five decades by advancing thousands of children academically and socially.
